Jupiter Terrace Mammoth hot springs Yellowstone Park, Montana.  Yellowstone was the first national park in the world. Grand Prismatic Spring geyser is one of the highlights of Yellowstone Park and is the largest hot spring in the United States and third largest in the world next to those in New Zealand.  It is located in the Midway Geyser Basin. Yellowstone National Park located primarily in the U.S. state of Wyoming (though it also extends into Montana and Idaho) is  a dormant  volcano  full of fuming vents and hot geysers.
